Dell Inspiron 8200 CPU upgrade

Just to prove it's possible, here's my Inspiron 8200 getting a new CPU.
I upgraded it from a Pentium 4-M 1.6GHz to a 2.4GHz (BXM80532GC2400D) from Insight.
Please forgive my sister's junk and the awful tablecloth.

Don't be alarmed if the computer takes a long time to POST. This is normal. If the computer detects a hardware change, it will perform an exhaustive POST and return to normal for the next boot.
